Nick Comoroto recovering from hip procedure, aiming to return in early 2025

AEW performer Nick Comoroto is recovering from a hip procedure and will be sidelined for the rest of the year.

Comoroto, 33, posted an update from his hospital bed and stated he had been wrestling on one leg for the past two years which led to the procedure where he had his hip resurfaced.

Comoroto has been wrestling for over a decade and started on the Northeast independent scene before signing a developmental contract with WWE in 2019. He wrestled as Nick Comoroto and Nick Ogarelli but only on live events.

He stayed with the company until cuts in April 2020 at the start of the pandemic.

He joined AEW later that year and became a member of The Nightmare Factor and later, The Factory. Over the past year, he has mainly wrestled on Ring of Honor with his last match occurring earlier this month at the tapings in Arlington, Texas.
