The former duo are set to clash.
Earlier this month, Wes Lee proposed the idea of facing his former partner Zachary Wentz at the NXT No Mercy Premium Live Event on September 1st.
That match was made official during the 8/27 NXT on USA Network. There was an in-ring segment with both talents. Wes ambushed Wentz and Trey Miguel after M.S.K. failed to capture the NXT Tag Titles.
Their verbal back-and-forth went on and Zach dove into how he was always there for Lee throughout his struggles. Lee attempted to belittle Wentz. Wentz stated him and Trey did what he and Lee could not do, which is win the TNA/IMPACT World Tag Team Titles.
Wes stated that he’ll show Wentz at No Mercy why he’s the WWE superstar and Wentz is the TNA wrestler. Here’s the updated lineup for No Mercy:
