Addition to the Fightland lineup.

The next special for Major League Wrestling to follow-up on Summer of the Beasts is Fightland on September 14th. Atlanta, Georgia is playing host to the event.

MLW rolled out a new match announcement for the upcoming show and it’ll be The Andersons (Brock Anderson & C.W. Anderson) taking on Bomaye Fight Club’s Alex Kane and Mr. Thomas.

Below is MLW’s write-up about the match:

The stage is set for a monumental clash at MLW FIGHTLAND on September 14 as The Andersons (Brock & CW Anderson) take on the Bomaye Fight Club’s Alex Kane and Mr. Thomas. This high-stakes tag team showdown will stream live and free on YouTube from Center Stage in Atlanta, bringing together two of the most dangerous duos in wrestling today.

The Andersons Return to Their Stomping Grounds of Center Stage:
Atlanta has been synonymous with the Anderson family for half a century, with legends like Gene, Lars, Ole, and Arn Anderson leaving a legacy of dominance in the territory. Now, Brock and CW Anderson have arrived in MLW to carry on the family tradition, making their infamous debut last week at Summer of the Beasts by aligning with BRG and Bobby Fish in a brutal assault that sent Paul London to the hospital.

The Andersons have proclaimed themselves the true franchise tag team of MLW, vowing to write a new chapter of tag team excellence in their storied lineage. But will they make another statement by dismantling the Bomaye Fight Club, or will they be the ones left reeling in Atlanta?

Bomaye Fight Club: Defending Their Turf
Standing in The Andersons’ way is the Bomaye Fight Club, led by Alex Kane, the self-proclaimed king of Atlanta. With his fight camp based in his hometown, Kane isn’t just the captain of Bomaye—he’s its heartbeat. Known as the suplex assassin, Kane has the ability to unleash a barrage of suplexes from any angle, at any time, leaving opponents in ruins. His partner, Mr. Thomas, combines sheer power with surprising agility, capable of flying off the top rope to devastate opponents. Together, they form one of the most formidable teams in the tag division, with chemistry that may prove unbeatable.

A Battle for Supremacy in the Tag Team Division
The Andersons’ arrival has shaken up MLW’s ultra-competitive tag team division, and they’re out to demand respect as they join the ranks of the league’s best. The question remains: will their pedigree and hard-hitting style be enough to overcome the hometown heroes of the Bomaye Fight Club? Kane and Thomas are known for bringing the fight wherever they go, and with the match taking place in Atlanta—their backyard—they’re ready to bring the ruckus.

Atlanta’s Next Iconic Wrestling Moment?
Atlanta has been the backdrop for some of the most iconic moments in Anderson family history, and FIGHTLAND could be the latest chapter in their saga. Will The Andersons prove they’re the true franchise tag team in MLW, or will Alex Kane and Mr. Thomas defend their home turf and further cement Bomaye Fight Club’s dominance?

There’s an interview with Alex Kane here on the POST Wrestling site that was conducted in August.
