Alexander and Hendry to clash.

Since TNA Slammiversary, Josh Alexander and Joe Hendry have been at odds. They crossed paths multiple times on the 9/5 TNA iMPACT and it led to a match between them being made official for Victory Road on September 13th.

There was a singles match between KUSHIDA and Laredo Kid, but it was thrown out when Alexander ambushed them both. KUSHIDA called out Alexander for a match and Josh won. Backstage, Hendry checked on KUSHIDA and while doing so, he exchanged words with Josh.

In the main event, The System (Moose & J.D.C.) took on Hendry and Mike Santana. If The System lost, J.D.C. would no longer be affiliated with the group. Alexander got involved and low blowed Hendry. In the end, Moose went on to pin Santana.

With Alexander versus Hendry being added, below is the new match card for the show:

  • TNA World Championship: Nic Nemeth (c) vs. Moose
  • TNA World Tag Team Championships: ABC (Chris Bey & Ace Austin) (c) vs. The System (Brian Myers & Eddie Edwards)
  • TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championships: Alisha Edwards & Masha Slamovich (c) vs. Spitfire (Dani Luna & Jody Threat)
  • TNA X Division Championship: Zachary Wentz (c) vs. ‘Speedball’ Mike Bailey
  • Josh Alexander vs. Joe Hendry
