New additions to the NXT on CW premiere.
Starting off the 9/10 NXT on USA Network was an NXT Tag Team Title match that saw Nathan Frazer and Axiom defend against The Street Profits (Montez Ford & Angelo Dawkins).
The match was thrown out when The Bloodline (Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga & Tonga Loa) attacked both teams. Originally, it was supposed to be The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz & Trey Miguel) challenging for the Tag Titles, but Miguel could not compete.
Wes Lee appeared on the program and stated that he’s the reason Miguel could not make the match. He then called out Wentz for a Street Fight at the NXT on CW premiere in Chicago on October 1st. The reigning TNA X Division Champion Wentz defeated Lee at No Mercy.
In addition to that, it was announced that The Miz will be hosting an edition of MizTV at the NXT on CW premiere.
