Sheamus signs contract extension with WWE

A contract extension for Sheamus.

As announced by Pat McAfee on the 9/17 installment of The Pat McAfee Show, Sheamus signed a contract extension with WWE. There were no specific details about the length of the extension, but Sheamus will remain with WWE for for the foreseeable future. 

He was in action on the 9/16 Monday Night Raw and fell in defeat to Pete Dunne. Their match record against one another is now 1-1. 

Sheamus has been a part of WWE for 17 years. The only active title in the company that has alluded him is the Intercontinental Championship. 

He’s won the Royal Rumble, Money in the Bank and the King of the Ring tournament.
