An update directly from Penta.

There’s an interview with Penta El Zero Miedo that was conducted by José Manuel Guillén on the Mas Lucha YouTube channel.

Towards the backend of their chat, Penta was asked about his status with All Elite Wrestling. He said (notes via Cageside Seats) that he’s still under contract to the company. He’s focused on the present and his present is AEW.

If he’s asked to compete for AEW, he’s ready to give the same energy he always does. In regards to the future, Penta said he does not know what it holds. He said his job is inside the ring and he leaves contract negotiations up to his managers and lawyers.

The Lucha Brothers have not wrestled for AEW since July.

POST Wrestling’s John Pollock and Wai Ting discussed the latest on Penta and Rey Fénix and that clip can be viewed here.
