A series of surprise appearances at AEW WrestleDream ended with Adam Cole running off his old enemy, MJF.

Things got going on the heels of the TNT Championship match between Katsuyori Shibata and Jack Perry. Perry won the match to retain but attacked Shibata after the bell.

This led to an unannounced appearance by Daniel Garcia, who came to Shibata’s aid.

Next, MJF’s music hit. Out he came and, with some help from Perry, attacked Garcia and ran him down verbally. He revealed that he had got back his Dynamite Diamond ring.

The surprises kept coming as Adam Cole’s music hit. Cole sprinted to the ring and MJF took to his heels into the crowd.

Adam Cole had not been seen on AEW programming since Double or Nothing in May, when he was attacked by MJF.
