One of the fastest-rising names in AEW has been sidelined.
Aramis, known on AEW programming as Hologram, has been pulled from a show in Mexico this weekend due to injury. In a social media post released Wednesday, Hologram announced that he wouldn’t be able to appear at a Galli Lucha Libre card and would be out of action for a few weeks.
Following the announcement, a post from Luchablog reported that Hologram suffered an injury during his best two out of three falls match against The Beast Mortos at AEW WrestleDream earlier this month. They wrote that a backstage attack on Hologram during last weekend’s episode of Battle of the Belts served as a way to write him off television as he heals.
in related news, Hologram got hurt near the end of the PPV match with Mortos, might not return until after Full Gear, that bit on Saturday with LFI was them explaining why he was gone, I guess I'm the one reporting this

Hologram has been a frequent part of AEW programming since July, when he debuted for the brand as part of Collision’s month-long residency in Arlington, Texas.
The 25-year-old Luchador has already made 15 in-ring appearances under the AEW banner, with WrestleDream marking his first time performing on the main card of a pay-per-view program.
