Omega returning to NJPW.
November 4th is the date of New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s Power Struggle event at EDION Arena Osaka. With the lineup being rounded out, NJPW pushed out the news that Kenny Omega will be appearing on the show.
The promotion sent out a video of a sit-down chat between Omega and Hiroshi Tanahashi. Omega expressed interest in wanting to compete at the Wrestle Dynasty joint show at the Tokyo Dome in January 2025 if he is to be cleared.
He mentioned that if he is cleared, he’d like to face The Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson & Nicholas Jackson) upon returning. At King of Pro-Wrestling, The Bucks sent in a video message and confirmed that they’ll be at Wrestle Dynasty.
Power Struggle will be Omega’s first NJPW appearance in Japan since he teamed with Kazuchika Okada at New Year Dash 2023.
