Four upcoming departures from Ice Ribbon.
On December 31st, there are going to be four formal departures from Ice Ribbon. Mio Shirai, Saran, Mifu Ashida and Nanae Furukawa all announced that they’re leaving the promotion at the end of the year.
Shirai serves as a wrestler, referee and trainer for Ice Ribbon. She first began working dates for the promotion in 2009. Shirai is the sister of WWE’s IYO SKY. Shirai took to X to further comment on her departure.
Saran is 15 years of age and began her training at the Ice Ribbon dojo in 2021. Over the summer, she made her debut for STARDOM.
Nanae Furukawa began her in-ring career in 2023. She also trained at the Ice Ribbon Dojo. That is the same background for Mifu Ashida, who began her career in 2023 at the dojo.
