Sami Zayn made an attempt to help Roman Reigns and The Usos at WWE Crown Jewel but the effort ended in confusion.
After The Bloodline defeated Roman Reigns and the Usos in the opening match, the heels wasted no time in beating down the losing team, with the numbers advantage courtesy of Tonga Loa.
As Jey Uso was placed in the corner with a chair wrapped around his neck, Zayn’s music played and he came to the ring to a hero’s welcome from the crowd.
Zayn acted as though he was going to hug Solo Sikoa but instead delivered an exploder suplex.
