Lei Ying Lee, a wrestler who formerly went by the name Xia Li while on the WWE roster earlier this year, is the latest newcomer to Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport series.

Lee will take on TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich at Bloodsport XII, meeting as part of a November 24 card from the White Eagle Hall in Jersey City, New Jersey.

Since her departure from the WWE roster in April, Lee has travelled around the independent scene. She has appeared on TNA Wrestling programming, competed in West Coast Pro’s Queen of the Indies tournament, and went over to Japan as part of a TJPW card.

The upcoming assignment sees her face one of the most experienced women in GCW Bloodsport history. Slamovich will be making her sixth appearance in the series, which she has been a part of since 2021.

Earlier this year she scored a win over Jody Threat as part of a Bloodsport card in New York and lost to WWE talent Shayna Baszler at the brand’s Wrestlemania weekend event.

The women’s pairing is just the second matchup known for the card at the moment. Last week, Barnett confirmed that he would face MVP as part of a singles match on the card. Josh Alexander and the “Violence is Forever” duo or Kevin Ku and Dominic Garrini have also been confirmed for the card.
