John Pollock and Wai Ting are joined by Brandon from NJ to discuss Death Warrior, a 2009 straight-to-DVD movie starring Héctor Echavarría and UFC fighters Quinton Jackson, Georges St-Pierre, Rashad Evans, Keith Jardine and Mauro Ranallo.
Quite possibly one of the worst things we’ve ever reviewed, Death Warrior tells the story of Reinero Isandro (Echavarría), a veteran MMA star whose wife is poisoned by an underground crime boss during a home invasion. To attain the antidote, Isandro must kill other MMA fighters in a series of deathmatches for the betting entertainment of a shadow elite.
