Parker feels the only person that can get in her way is herself.

Next up on the docket for the NXT brand is their Deadline Premium Live Event in December. It’ll feature the men’s and women’s Iron Survivor Challenge matches and one of the names who is looking to secure her spot is Jaida Parker.

Parker is coming off the heels of securing a win over Lola Vice in a Hardcore match at NXT’s 2300 Arena show. Parker spoke about that while guest appearing on episode #159 of WWE – Die Woche.

It was amazing (competing at NXT 2300). It was so amazing. I asked my coaches — the ones like Steve Corino who came from ECW — I was like, ‘How was it?’ He was like, ‘The fans are gonna love it.’ Especially because I’m in it from my Street Fight with Michin and everything so they’re like, ‘You’ve built this up so you have to deliver’ and I’m like, ‘Oh yeah, I’m gonna deliver.’ But when I saw the matches that ECW used to put on, those Hardcore matches, I said, ‘Oh, I have to show out. I have to show out’ so, it was one of the best experiences of my life because I fed off of the crowd. They were amazing. I would love to go back. Philly is amazing.

That aforementioned show was opened by Parker versus Vice and closed by a 10-woman tag that featured the likes of NXT Women’s Champion Roxanne Perez, Giulia, Jordynne Grace, Stephanie Vaquer, Kelani Jordan and ZARIA among others.

The competition within NXT’s women’s division motivates Parker, but says she’s aware that she’s the only person that can stop her from getting to where she’s trying to go.

Oh, it motivates me every day because I know — to me, they’re (NXT women’s division) not competition because it’s me against me. But I know I don’t want them getting in my way. I see how well they’re doing. I’m like, okay, let me top you off with this because you won’t outwork me, you won’t outhustle me, you won’t out grind me and I make sure of that every single day. So I love the competition because it’s like a fire for me. But, at the same time, you gonna get what’s coming to you if you get in my way.

After Deadline, NXT is heading back on the road as their 12/17 show on The CW is emanating from Lowell, Massachusetts.
