Comments from Lynch at Vulture Festival.

There was a panel centered around Becky Lynch at Vulture Festival 2024 titled ‘Becky Lynch Disarms Us.’ The multi-time WWE Women’s Champion was sent off from television after losing a Women’s World Title Steel Cage match to Liv Morgan on Raw.

When asked about her future, Lynch said if people think she’s going out by way of Dominik Mysterio slamming a cage door in her face, that’s not happening. She added that ‘we will see the what the future holds.’

You know, I’m training for this half marathon. I’ve been working on some other stuff I can’t really talk about. But, if you think the way I’m gonna go out after the career that I’ve had is with Dominik Mysterio slamming a door in my face, well that’s probably not gonna happen. But when will that come back? I don’t know, I don’t know. I’ve really been enjoying myself and working on some projects that I’m very excited about. Whenever I get to share them with you — I think they’re pretty awesome, I think you’re gonna think they’re pretty awesome, and yeah, we will see what the future holds.

After Rhea Ripley was sidelined with a shoulder injury, Becky Lynch became champion again by winning a Battle Royal for the then-vacant Women’s World Title.

She dropped the championship to Morgan at King and Queen of the Ring in Saudi Arabia.
