A chat with Giulia.

Immediately following the 11/19 NXT on CW show, Giulia joined Bully Ray for a recording of Busted Open After Dark. Giulia is scheduled for an Iron Survivor Challenge qualifier against Kelani Jordan. She expressed her excitement about that.

I’m so, so excited (about potentially competing in the women’s Iron Survivor Challenge). Yeah… Because Kelani (Jordan), I never fight with her. First time… And then here, I felt more important to (do) cardio, stamina. So, stamina… yeah, my training. So, in America, I’m always running and more cardio training I do.

On NXT TV, Giulia and Stephanie Vaquer are aligned. She said they’re really friends and are together all the time off-screen. Giulia and Vaquer will be opponents at Deadline if Giulia is to defeat Kelani.

Of course (Stephanie Vaquer & I are friends). Yeah. Yeah! We’re always together. Yeah.

I want (to) wrestle with her (if I qualify for women’s Iron Survivor Challenge)… Yes, yes, of course (I think fans are excited for that).

Elsewhere during the chat, she was asked to name talents in WWE that she’d like to face. Giulia mentioned that she’s a big fan of Rhea Ripley. She added that she wants to mix it up with the likes of IYO SKY, Kairi Sane and Asuka.

I want to fight Rhea Ripley and Kairi (Sane), IYO SKY, Asuka. Japanese girls… I want to wrestle the Japanese girls and Rhea Ripley. Yeah, I love Rhea Ripley. Big fan.

It’s been two months since Giulia formally arrived to WWE. She stated that she likes the American-style of wrestling, although it can be tasking.

Oh, yeah (I like American-style wrestling). It’s very difficult to me. So hard. But, I like, because more improve about wrestling. In Japan, very different — the style.

There are two spots remaining in the aforementioned Iron Survivor Challenge. Stephanie Vaquer, ZARIA and Sol Ruca have qualified.

Giulia is currently 5-1 in WWE. Her only loss came by way of Roxanne Perez at the NXT on CW premiere show.
