Jey Uso wants another match against Jimmy Uso, says WrestleMania XL ‘left a bad taste’ in his mouth

Jey thinks he’ll be able to get to a World Title after the current Bloodline storyline.

Coming up at Survivor Series, it’ll be the O.G. Bloodline (Roman Reigns, Jey Uso, Sami Zayn, Jimmy Uso) and a fifth man versus Bronson Reed and the new Bloodline (Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, Tama Tonga & Tonga Loa).

The Usos are reunited through this current storyline but prior to that, the brothers were at odds and clashed in a singles match at WrestleMania XL. Looking back on that, Jey told Peter Rosenberg on Cheap Heat that he wants another match with Jimmy because the turnout of their WrestleMania match left a bad taste in his mouth.

Nah man (I haven’t thought about what match I want to have at WrestleMania 41). To be honest though, I would like to run it back with my brother one more time. I would like to, because, left a lil bad taste in my mouth with that one.

For sure, for sure (it’s something I want to do). I just know what we can do. The fans have no damn clue. But I know. Me and my brother know, and hell yeah, we would’ve stole the show. Come on bruh, come on, uce. Things happen. We’re all a team…

I would light that damn thing up (if the match happens at Raw’s Netflix premiere). It’d be sold-out, it’d be energy. Come on, come on. You talking about setting the tone? On some Netflix? Put me in the spot. Let’s do it. Let’s do it… I would like to run it back just one more time… Nah, nah (no stipulations). Straight up. Straight up. Storytelling, uce. Come on, that’s our thing.

Speaking about the reunion of the O.G. Bloodline, Jey stated that it feels like old times.

Oh, so happy man (to be reunited with Sami Zayn). This past Friday, it was just cool — all of us being in the room together. Even back just working together behind the scenes, doing the backstages. Just being in there with Roman (Reigns) and Sami and ping-ponging off each other. It just felt like old times. Sami’s one of my favorite guys to work with. Also, one of my favorite workers. The way he talks. If you pay attention to Sami Zayn, he got skills. Boy got skills. He’s an actor, he can work. He’s good, he’s safe in the ring. So, I’m very glad he’s on my team right now.

Jey is coming off a reign as WWE Intercontinental Champion. He is looking to continue moving up in the ranks. Uso believes that once he’s out of this current storyline with The Bloodline, he can get to a World Championship.

Hell yeah, uce (I think I can get to a World Title after this current Bloodline storyline wraps). I’m ‘Main Event’ Jey Uso now. They know me now. Whether it’d be Bloodline, whatever. I’m that kind of performer now where I feel like I can stand on my own now. Put me in the ring with whoever. We’re gonna build each other up. We’re gonna cut these promos the way I cut ‘em, we gonna do work. We just gonna get it.

Jey, Jimmy and Sami attempted to recruit Seth Rollins to their WarGames team for the second time, but Rollins shot them down on the 11/18 Raw.

Rollins expressed that he wants nothing to do with Roman Reigns and the next time those two cross paths, it’ll be as opponents. Sami, Jimmy and Jey helped fight off the new Bloodline during Rollins’ singles match against Bronson Reed.
