As expected, AEW took a major hit with its three-hour programming block on Saturday with the Survivor Series airing the same day.

AEW Collision & Rampage recorded their lowest audience figures in history on Saturday with Collision airing from 4-6 p.m. ET against the Survivor Series pre-show and a Lucha-themed edition of Rampage airing against the first hour of the premium live event.

Collision recorded 144,000 viewers and 40,000 (0.03 rating) in the 18-49 demographic while Rampage averaged 126,000 viewers with 39,000 viewers (0.03) in the demo, according to Wrestlenomics.

The shows aired against a Miami vs. Syracuse college football game on ESPN (2,109,000 viewers and 0.56 in 18-49), Big Ten Football (1,103,000 and 0.27), and Rutgers vs. Michigan State on FS1 (556,000 and 0.11), per Programming Insider.

If there is a very small silver lining, it that’s Rampage’s numbers did not collapse once the Survivor Series began. The 18-49 audience only fell from 40,000 to 39,000 viewers after Collision ended, while the 18-34 audience dropped from 15,000 to 11,000 and the 35-49 demographic grew from 25,000 to 28,000.

The previous record low for Collision occurred on September 6 when the show averaged 157,000 viewers and 0.04 in the demo for a Friday night airing of the show.

The previous record for Rampage was on November 1, 2024, with 172,000 viewers and 0.05 in the demo for a normal airing in its regular slot.
