Game Changer Wrestling continues to roll out match announcements for its return to the Hammerstein Ballroom next month.

In the past few days, GCW has confirmed that Mance Warner will defend the GCW World Championship, but the opponent will not be known until the night of the event.

Former partners Effy and Allie Katch will meet earlier in the show to determine who challenges Warner for the championship.

After the news of various ECW alumni booked for the January 19 event, GCW has revealed that there will be a six-man tag with Super Crazy teaming with Yoshihiro Tajiri & Little Guido against Arez, Gringo Loco & Jack Cartwheel.

There are a pair of mystery slots on the current lineup including Josh Barnett’s opponent in a Bloodsport match.

The six-man DLC match for the vacant GCW Ultraviolent title has one remaining spot after Matthew Justice was the latest addition.

The promotion has received a lot of attention over the controversy with AEW after the promotion booked the Hammerstein Ballroom for three nights this month. Effy was outspoken on his Weekend at Effy’s podcast over the choice by AEW to book the building so close to GCW’s event and stating their group cannot afford to run at a deficit. Since those comments spread online, AEW performer Ricky Starks has been removed from all upcoming GCW dates including the card at the Hammerstein Ballroom.

This past Wednesday, it was revealed that GCW regular Matt Cardona will challenge Chris Jericho for the ROH Championship on December 20 at the Hammerstein Ballroom.

Here is the updated card for The People vs. GCW on January 19:
*GCW Championship: Mance Warner © vs. Allie Katch or Effy
*#1 Contenders Match: Effy vs. Allie Katch
*GCW Tag Team Titles: Dominic Garrini & Kevin Ku © vs. Alec Price & Cole Radrick
