GUNTHER relayed to Adam Pearce that he was okay with Priest being added.
Kicking off Monday Night Raw was WWE World Heavyweight Champion GUNTHER. He would be interrupted by Judgment Day (Finn Bálor, Dominik Mysterio, J.D. McDonagh & Carlito).
Bálor is scheduled to challenge GUNTHER for the World Heavyweight Title at Saturday Night’s Main Event. After the two exchanged words, Judgment Day ganged up on GUNTHER and that led to Damian Priest making his way to the ring.
Judgment Day ultimately got the best of both GUNTHER and Priest as they had the numbers advantage.
Backstage, Raw General Manager Adam Pearce approached Judgment Day and informed Bálor that after speaking with GUNTHER, it was decided to add Priest to the World Title match at Saturday Night’s Main Event.
