Bálor and McDonagh’s reign ends.
Closing out the December 16th edition of Monday Night Raw was the World Tag Team Title match between the War Raiders (Ivar & Erik) and the champions, Finn Bálor and J.D. McDonagh.
The final sequence of the bout saw Bálor head to the outside to grab a chair. As he was attempting to pull the chair over the barricade, Damian Priest stepped into frame and prevented him from taking it into the ring.
McDonagh was taken out by Ivar and Erik. When Bálor made his way back into the ring, the duo executed their ‘War Machine’ finisher to secure the win and the tag titles.
The World Tag Team Championships now joins their WWE résumés that consists of NXT and Raw Tag Title reigns.
