Lethal picks up the win.
On the bill for Ring of Honor Final Battle was a singles match between Jay Lethal and Q.T. Marshall. Marshall entered first sporting ‘Macho Man’ Randy Savage-inspired gear. That was followed by Lethal bringing back the ‘Black Machismo’ persona.
He was accompanied to the ring by Sonjay Dutt and ‘Sensational’ Karen Jarrett. Lethal’s ‘Black Machismo’ action figure was unveiled last week.
During the match, Sonjay got involved to offset Aaron Solo and put him in a Figure-Four Leg Lock. Marshall went on to hit Dutt with a Diamond Cutter.
Towards the back end of the bout, Karen Jarrett attempted to slap Solo, but he stopped her and that led to Jeff Jarrett making an appearance. He hit Solo over the head with his guitar.
Lethal defeated Marshall after hitting two Lethal Injection finishers.
