TNA Wrestling has reached a distribution deal with Sportsnet in Canada.

TNA will launch its programming on Sportsnet 360 beginning Thursday, January 2 with its flagship Impact Wrestling from 8 – 10 p.m. ET, exclusive to the sports network in Canada.

The deal is said to be a multi-year partnership including shoulder programming TNA Xplosion, TNA in 60, and other content from TNA’s library, which dates back to 2002.

Sportsnet has already begun marketing the programming on its schedule with other graphics becoming public over the weekend. Bodyslam.net noted that the listings appeared on Sportsnet’s schedule and that a deal was in place.

Sportsnet is expected to make a formal announcement imminently.

The deal with TNA will take immediate effect after the conclusion of Sportsnet’s ten-year deal with WWE, during which time it housed Raw, NXT, Friday Night SmackDown, and Main Event, with Rogers serving as the Canadian distributor of the WWE Network.

All WWE programming, including its premium live events, will be moved to Netflix in Canada beginning with the January 6 edition of Raw.

Before this deal, Impact was airing on Fight Network and Game TV, which are properties owned by TNA’s parent company Anthem Sports & Entertainment.

TNA remains on its U.S. home on AXS TV.

Anthem did not respond to requests for comment on the deal.
