Tsuji calls out Okada.

On January 4th, New Japan Pro-Wrestling is presenting Wrestle Kingdom 19 at the Tokyo Dome. The next day, they’ll be back at the Tokyo Dome as they’ll partner with AEW, CMLL, STARDOM and Ring of Honor for the Wrestle Dynasty event.

At Wrestle Kingdom, Yota Tsuji is scheduled to challenge David Finlay for the IWGP Global Heavyweight Championship. He is advertised for a singles match against Jack Perry at Wrestle Dynasty.

Going into the events, Tsuji made the media rounds and chatted with Proresu-TODAY. With Perry being a part of The Elite with Kazuchika Okada, Tsuji spoke about the seven-time IWGP World Heavyweight Champion. He feels Okada has lost his pride and become a wrestler obsessed with money.

AEW’s approach has a certain disregard for Japan… (Kazuchika) Okada was able to shine in New Japan because he had the best opponents… He has lost his pride and has become a wrestler obsessed with money.

Tsuji is on New Japan’s Road to Tokyo Dome tour. He was in action at the 12/22 show as he tagged with BUSHI and Shingo Takagi to take on BULLET CLUB War Dogs (David Finlay, Gedo & SANADA).
