Marigold kicked off its year with the crowning of four new champions.
The promotion’s inaugural event of 2025 saw Utami Hayashishita unseat Sareee as Marigold World Champion in the main event of its First Dream event.
The show at Ota City Gymnasium drew an attendance of 1,830 and saw four of its championships change hands.
Hayashishita became the second woman to hold the Marigold world title after beating Sareee, who became its first champion last July.
Mai Sakurai is the new Marigold National Champion after beating Miku Aono and also becomes the second one to hold that title.
Bozilla & Tank defeated Nagisa Nozaki & CHIAKI to become the new Marigold Twin Star champions. The outgoing champions only held the belts for three weeks after becoming champions on December 13.
Victoria Yuzuki won the Marigold Super Flyweight title by unseating Natsumi Showzuki.
The only successful title defense on the show was by Kouki Amarei, who retained the GHC Women’s Championship against Chika Goto.
