The Rock arrives for WWE Raw on Netflix debut; embraces Ari Emanuel, Mark Shapiro & Cody Rhodes

The Rock arrives.

Starting off the WWE Monday Night Raw on Netflix debut from the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California was Chief Content Officer Paul ‘Triple H’ Levesque.

After his opening segment, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson came out. While making his way around the ringside area, Johnson embraced TKO CEO Ari Emanuel and TKO President Mark Shapiro. He stated that it is the largest arena gate in WWE history.

Johnson directed his focus over to Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, who was seated in the front row near the commentary desk. He stated that Rhodes has carried WWE on his back for a year and after continuing to praise him, he made a ‘Mama Rhodes’ joke.

He then addressed Roman Reigns and called him the original Tribal Chief to promote the Tribal Combat match between Reigns and Solo Sikoa that followed his segment. After wrapping up, Johnson went back to the ringside area to embrace Rhodes.
