AEW announces first-ever women’s Casino Gauntlet Match for Dynamite: Maximum Carnage

AEW will hold the first-ever women’s Casino Gauntlet Match at the Dynamite: Maximum Carnage special on January 15th.

The winner will earn a shot at Mariah May’s AEW Women’s World Title at Grand Slam Australia on February 15th.

Tony Khan posted the news to social media on Tuesday.

Two competitors will begin the match, with others joining at regular intervals. The match is contested under “first fall to a finish” rules.

A men’s Casino Gauntlet match is scheduled for the January 8th episode of Dynamite. The winner will face Jon Moxley for the AEW World Heavyweight Title at Maximum Carnage.
