** A recap of Kenny Omega’s return on Wednesday’s episode of Dynamite was shown.

** Hangman Page appeared via video to recap his feud with Swerve Strickland. He then turned his attention to Christopher Daniels, whom he challenged to a Texas Death Match at AEW Collision: Maximum Carnage.

** PAC defeated Komander with the Brutalizer. Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta emerged after the bell to attack Komander, quickly followed by The Outrunners who made the save. This led directly to the next match.

** A Powerhouse Hobbs promo aired in which he said he would make Jon Moxley his bitch on Dynamite.

** Harley Cameron vs. the AEW Women’s World Champion Mariah May was next. The non-title match was won by May with the Storm Zero.

** Brody King beat Trevor Blackwell in a quick squash match. Lexy Nair then interviewed King backstage, but Cope interrupted to tell the big man that it was his time to “take the reins and run.”

** Matt Menard joined the announce desk for the TNT Championship match. Schiavone explained that Garcia arrived so close to show time that he changed into his ring gear on the way from the airport. Garcia won a very competitive match with a jackknife cover.

** The main event saw Chris Jericho take on Dax Harwood with no one at ringside after the earlier brawl between The Learning Tree and Rated FTR. Jericho won after a belt shot and then hitting the Judas Effect.

** A mass brawl broke out as The Learning Tree, rated FTR, Castagnoli, Yuta and The Outrunners all fought in and around the ring. As Cope stood strong in the center of the ring, Jon Moxley emerged to lay him out. Moxley set Cope up for the ConChairTo but Powerhouse Hobbs came out to make the save.
