Breakker versus Sheamus.
San Antonio, Texas is playing host to the next installment of WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event. As of this writing, there are two championship matches on the bill and the newest addition was an Intercontinental Title match.
There was a singles bout between Sheamus and Ludwig Kaiser on Raw which saw Sheamus secure the win. After the bout, he went to ringside and there was a confrontation with Intercontinental Champion Bron Breakker who was in the front row.
Later in the program, it was made official that Breakker and Sheamus will clash at Saturday Night’s Main Event on January 25th with the Intercontinental Title on the line. The last two times they wrestled in a singles match, it resulted in a disqualification. There was a Triple Threat at Survivor Series: WarGames involving Kaiser, but Breakker came out on top.
