NJPW has unveiled many key dates on their 2025 schedule.

Upcoming major cards from the promotion – including the grand finals to both the G1 and Best of the Super Juniors – were released by the promotion on Monday.

G1 Climax 35, the promotion’s most prolific tournament, will kick off July 19 at the Hokkai Prefectural Sports Center and then have its final two events on August 16 and 17 from Ariake Arena in Tokyo.

Ariake Arena is a new G1 final location for NJPW, as the promotion has utilized Ryogoku Kokugikan and Budokan for the last decade. The last G1 finals to take place in neither of those locations dates back to 2014 when Kazuchika Okada beat Shinsuke Nakamura at the Seibu Dome.

Ariake Arena was opened in 2020 ahead of the Tokyo Olympics. NJPW’s sole past appearance at the 15,000-capacity arena came in 2022 when they hosted Historic X-Over alongside Stardom in 2022.

Best of the Super Junior will wrap up on June 1 from the Ota City General Gymnasium, a frequently used venue by the promotion.

The schedule also includes major shows coming up at Osaka-jo Hall, Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium, and Tokyo Budokan.
