Corey Graves: I’ve got a lot to say on WWE NXT

Graves tells the public to not miss the show.

Due to Pat McAfee and Michael Cole calling the action for Monday Night Raw on Netflix and Joe Tessitore and Wade Barrett being the commentators for Friday Night SmackDown, Corey Graves was shifted back to WWE NXT.

Cole and Graves were the announce team for SmackDown prior to Raw’s debut on Netflix. Graves returned to the NXT brand for New Year’s Evil. He posted a tweet on X about the change and made a point about being told he’s not ‘famous enough’ for his own job.

Graves added another tweet and noted that he has a lot to say on the 1/14 WWE NXT:

Imagine chasing your dream.

Then being TOLD (not deciding) that you’re no longer physically able to pursue your dream.

Then you dedicate your life to something “dream adjacent” and being pretty fucking awesome at it.

And then, when it’s time to enjoy the fruits of your labor, being told you’re not famous enough for your own job.

Just in case you’ve wondered where I’ve been.

I’ve got a lot to say.

Don’t miss #WWENXT tonight on

Graves was a part of the NXT broadcast team from 2014-2016.
