NXT continued its rise in viewership while falling into the core demographic for the second consecutive week.

The January 28 edition of the show from Center Stage in Atlanta averaged 827,000 viewers, a 2% increase over last week and the show’s highest since October 8.

Offsetting that figure was a 13% decline among the 18-49 audience with 255,000 viewers (0.19), it is still NXT’s fifth largest audience in the demo since launching on CW last fall.

In the demo, male viewership fell by 13% to 168,000 viewers, and females improved by 9% to 87,000.

NXT also saw a decline in its 18-34 audience from 0.14 last week to 0.09.

CW topped three prime-time programs on broadcast with NXT outranking NBC’s Night Court (0.15), Deal or No Deal Island (0.17), and The Irrational (0.12).

Tuesday’s episode featured Bianca Belair & Naomi defending the Women’s Tag Titles against Lash Legend & Jakara Jackson, Bayley teaming with Giulia against Cora Jade & Roxanne Perez, and an appearance by A-Town Down Under among the main roster members.
