WWE’s Hall of Fame will play “The Game” later this year.

WWE Chief Operating Officer and decorated former wrestler Paul “Triple H” Levesque is reportedly scheduled to be part of the Hall of Fame class of 2025, per a recent report from PWInsider.

Stephanie McMahon, The Undertaker and Shawn Michaels reportedly surprised Levesque with the announcement during a company town hall event on Wednesday.

Levesque’s entry into the Hall of Fame has yet to be officially announced by the promotion.

Levesque has served as the leading man in WWE over the past few years, heading the promotion’s creative department and being the promotion’s most visible name from the business side.

Prior to his corporate work within WWE, Levesque had a three-decade run as a professional wrestler. His career – which saw him as Hunter Hearst Helmsley, as “The Game” Triple H and a pivotal figure in faction D-Generation X – included nine reigns with the WWE Championship and five runs with the World Heavyweight Championship.

He wrestled on 22 different Wrestlemania cards, with one of his last matches being a win over Batista at the show’s 35th edition. Levesque officially retired from wrestling in 2022, months after discovering a heart condition which caused a medical scare.

The WWE Hall of Fame ceremony typically occurs during Wrestlemania weekend, which is scheduled to take place in mid-April this year.
