Elektra Lopez is the latest name to reportedly depart the WWE roster.

Lopez was released on Friday evening, per a report from PWInsider. Her profile on the official WWE website has since been moved from the active roster to an alumni category.

The news ends a multi-year run for Lopez, who signed with the promotion back in early 2021.

Lopez joined Tuesday night’s NXT four years ago, linking up with the Legado del Fantasma faction alongside Santos Escobar, Joaquin Wilde and Cruz Del Toro. She briefly parted ways with the team in 2022 when they were promoted to Smackdown, but were reunited just over a year ago.

A vast majority of Lopez’s in-ring WWE career was spent in NXT, working more than 50 matches on the show from 2021 to 2024. She had brief appearances on main roster programs in recent months, including a loss last April to Zelina Vega and a spot in the opening round of WWE’s Women’s United States Championship tournament last month.

WWE has gone through a wave of releases over the past week, mainly parting ways with talent who hadn’t been seen on weekly TV in recent weeks. Previous names affected by the cuts include: Giovanni Vinci, The Good Brothers (Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson), Blair Davenport, Authors of Pain (Akam and Rezar), Paul Ellering, Sonya Deville, and Duke Hudson.
