Izzi Dame pulled one over on The Family.
Over the last month on NXT programming, Izzi Dame developed an alliance with The Family (Tony D’Angelo, Channing ‘Stacks’ Lorenzo, Adriana Rizzo & Luca Crusifino). Whenever she was around, the trio of Shawn Spears, Brooks Jensen and Niko Vance would not be too far off.
D’Angelo put trust into Dame because she assisted him in the past, so she accompanied him and The Family to the ring for his North American Title Steel Cage match against Ridge Holland.
There was a point in the match when Dame tried to throw a crowbar into the ring, but Stacks took it from her and he threw it into the cage himself for D’Angelo to get it. After D’Angelo and Holland fought over it and used it on one another, it was D’Angelo who came out on top to secure the win.
Post-match, Holland went after Stacks and brawled with him and Crusifino to the backstage area. Dame and Rizzo were in the cage with D’Angelo, but Spears, Jenson and Vance showed up.
Izzi grabbed the crowbar and was signaling for the trio to stand back, but she ended up using the object on D’Angelo and then proceeded to take out Rizzo.
Vance, Spears and Jenson prevented Stacks and Crusifino from getting into the cage and they beat down the North American Champion.
