Following up on Jordynne Grace entering the 2024 women’s Royal Rumble as TNA Knockouts World Champion, Joe Hendry entered the 2025 men’s Royal Rumble as TNA World Champion.
Coming off the heels of his appearance in the match, he made the media rounds and along the way, he chatted with Shakiel Mahjouri. Hendry was asked if he could end up joining WWE after his contract with TNA is up and he responded with the following:
My job is to be the TNA World Champion and my job is to represent TNA, to elevate this championship and to elevate this company so my focus is on TNA Wrestling.
