A title change to start the show.
Kicking off NXT’s Vengeance Day Premium Live Event was a Women’s North American Championship match that saw Fallon Henley put the title on the line against Stephanie Vaquer.
Throughout the match, there was involvement from Fatal Influence’s Jacy Jayne and Jazmyn Nyx in an attempt to help Henley retain.
In the end, Vaquer overcame the odds and put Henley away with a Spiral Tap to become the new North American Champion.
There have now been three Women’s North American Champions as Vaquer’s name joins Kelani Jordan and Fallon Henley on that list. Vaquer is the first-ever South American-born champion in WWE history.
