A reunion with ‘Double J’ would be in Debra’s sights if she were to come back to wrestling.
The annual For the Love of Wrestling event in the U.K. took place over the weekend and among those in attendance was former WWF/E Women’s Champion Debra.
She participated in a Q&A session with fans (via Monopoly Events) and shared that if she were to return to wrestling, she’d like to work with Jeff Jarrett again. The two worked together in WCW and WWE.
I would say Jeff (Jarrett is who I’d want to work with if I came back to wrestling).
Well, you know, we worked together in WCW and then also in the WWF/WWE. But, I don’t know. I just know his movements and we just worked, I thought, really well together.
Another question posed to Debra had to do with her disappearance from The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin’s WrestleMania 17 storyline.
She does not know why she was removed and wishes she could have continued being a part of it.
I don’t know (why I was removed from the Steve Austin/The Rock WrestleMania 17 storyline). I wish it would have played out… That would have been good.
Circling back to Jarrett, he is currently with All Elite Wrestling and after signing a new contract with the company, Jarrett expressed that he’s aiming to become AEW World Champion.
