Jade versus Slamovich is locked in.
There have been multiple on-screen confrontations between NXT’s Cora Jade and TNA Knockouts World Champion Masha Slamovich. A title match between them has been locked in for TNA Sacrifice on March 14th.
That match came about when Santino Marella showed up during a Tessa Blanchard segment to get on her case about not competing as advertised. He told her that if she does not wrestle on the 2/27 program, she’ll be fired from TNA.
Masha Slamovich came out and told Blanchard that she hopes she does not get fired before they get to have a match. She then offered to take on Blanchard’s opponent, Mila Moore, who was waiting in the ring. Slamovich defeated Moore in quick fashion.
After the bout, Cora Jade ambushed Slamovich from behind. She then walked up the entrance ramp and told Blanchard that she’s not worried about her.
In addition to that, Ryan Nemeth appeared later in the show and revealed that Nic Nemeth is returning to TNA at Sacrifice. Nic was suspended for accidentally superkicking Santino Marella during an in-ring dust-up involving Ryan, Jake Something and Joe Hendry.
