Two of STARDOM’s biggest stars will face off in a high-stakes singles match in just a few days.

World of STARDOM Champion Saya Kamitani and multi-time former champ Tam Nakano will face off in a singles clash at the promotion’s March 3 show in Korakuen Hall, with the loser leaving the company.

Nakano demanded the booking against Kamitani after pinning her in a tag match at Monday’s show in Utsunomiya, Japan. The upcoming bout would be a rematch between the two following a massive matchup in late 2024.

The match and stipulation were confirmed by the promotion on Wednesday.

Kamitani captured the World of STARDOM Championship two months back, defeating Nakano in a 21-minute headliner in Ryogoku Kokugikan. She has since defended the title once, headlining a card early this month with a win over Suzu Suzuki.

Kamitani is one of the top names in H.A.T.E., a heel faction which was formed over the summer.

Nakano and Kamitani have faced off 10 times since 2019. Nakano’s last win over her dates back to an appearance in the 2023 5-Star Grant Prix.
