Bruiserweight meets Bloodsport.

WWE talent Pete Dunne is the latest addition to the Wrestlemania weekend edition of Josh Barnett’s Bloodsport.

In what will be his first non-WWE appearance since 2019, Dunne will appear on April 17 at the GCW event in the Palms resort.

Dunne is joining a long list of high-level wrestling talents, including Zack Sabre Jr., Maika, Konami, Leyla Hirsch, and Timothy Thatcher. No matchups have been confirmed for the show just yet.

Dunne initially made a name for himself by wrestling all around the world – appearing in European staples like PROGRESS and wXw, but also working in the U.S. in places like EVOLVE and CZW.

However, since 2019 he has strictly been a talent for WWE, currently appearing as part of the Monday Night Raw roster. He recently worked a program with Penta, facing off against the Mexican star in a trio of bouts earlier this year.

GCW’s busy weekend of events during Wrestlemania weekend includes many crossovers with the WWE.

Earlier this week, it was announced that tournament matches to crown the first-ever WWE ID Champions will take place at GCW shows during the weekend.
