Tanahashi broke the news at the New Japan Cup final press conference.
Ahead of the finals of the 2025 New Japan Cup tournament, a press conference was held and one of the speakers present was NJPW President Hiroshi Tanahashi.
He revealed that on June 29th, he’ll be self-producing NJPW ‘Tanahashi Jam’ at Dolphins Arena in Nagoya. He’ll be producing the show in its entirety and that includes putting the match card together.
The show is going to exclusively broadcast live on TV Asahi.
Tanahashi was in action at the New Japan Cup final show and scored a win over Satoshi Kojima. He is scheduled to take on Shota Umino at NJPW Sakura Genesis.
