Adam Pearce sets up the Women’s World Title scene at WrestleMania.
Monday Night Raw General Manager Adam Pearce appeared on the 3/24 program and addressed Rhea Ripley trying to get her way into the Women’s World Championship match between IYO SKY and Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 41.
He stated that he’s been trying to talk to Ripley for weeks about a rematch, but she wants to decide when it happens. He then said Ripley will not be in the title match at WrestleMania.
Making her way to the ring was the champion IYO SKY. She does not care who she faces and that led to Belair interjecting. She expressed that Ripley should not be in the title match because she did not earn it. Ripley made her way into frame and said she does not care about WrestleMania.
An argument broke out between all three talents and Pearce went on to make the announcement that Ripley and SKY will clash for the Women’s World Title on the 3/31 Raw. The winner will face Belair at WrestleMania. Later in the show, Pearce told Belair that she is going to be the special guest referee for the match on Raw.
