*Book Club: The Queen of the Ring – John Pollock & Neal Flanagan review the 2010 book by Jeff Leen, which was the inspiration behind the film chronicling Mildred Burke, June Byers, Nell Stewart, and the rise of women’s wrestling in the U.S. This show will be released for Double Double & Espresso members of the POST Café.
*Lunatic: The Luna Vachon Story – Karen Peterson and Kate from Montreal review the upcoming documentary on the life of Vachon and her mental health struggles. Karen will also present an exclusive interview with director Kate Kroll. The documentary will premiere at the Canadian Film Fest on March 29 in Toronto at the Scotiabank Theatre.
