REPORT: Gail Kim among names departing TNA Wrestling

There was a behind-the-scenes shakeup at TNA.

As first reported by Fightful Select, there was a behind-the-scenes shakeup at TNA Wrestling. On Tuesday, an internal email was sent out and it was announced that Gail Kim, Ariel Shnerer, Rob Kligman, and Michael Shewchenko are departing from TNA’s senior leadership team.

Shnerer served as Senior Vice President of Content, Distribution & Marketing for Anthem Sports & Entertainment, which is TNA’s parent company. He had been overseeing creative as well. PWInsider added that Hunter Johnson, a.k.a. Delirious, is going to be taking on the role of heading creative. Tommy Dreamer is going to lead the Talent Relations department. Both Delirious and Dreamer will report to TNA President Carlos Silva.

In the summer of 2024, Rob Kligman was named Chief Revenue Officer of Anthem Sports Group. As for Michael Shewchenko, he’ll be with the company until April 30th. He served as Anthem’s Vice President of Digital Operations.

The email also listed former AEW and WWE executive Rafael Morffi as one of the names departing TNA. He’d been consulting with the promotion on their live events and touring. Additional names listed in the email as departures are Karen Clevett, Sebastian Dastranj, and Romy Glazer.
