Ryan Nemeth is in the midst of suing All Elite Wrestling, Tony Khan and CM Punk and his claims have to do with allegations of assault and breach of contract. The issues date back to an alleged altercation between Nemeth and Punk during the summer of 2023.
In his bio on X, Nemeth wrote that ‘a literal billionaire’ sent someone to sue him just before his debut on Off-Broadway.
