POST Wrestling has learned more information regarding the passing of independent wrestler Graham Moor last weekend after a show in Ohio.
Moor, who wrestled as Artist Artest, was performing on March 21 at an Xtreme Valley Wrestling (XVW) event in Fairborn, Ohio. He suffered a medical emergency as he went unconscious and stopped breathing.
In the Fairborn Police Department’s report, officers were dispatched to the venue with the victim, Graham Michael Moor, not breathing. Medical personnel arrived within minutes of the incident and began performing life-saving measures before transporting Moor to the Soin Medical Center.
A witness told the police that Moor had been involved in a match for a few minutes before dropping to the floor.
There was video footage of the match, which was reviewed by the police and described Moor being chopped four times and “begins to sway back and forth and finally falls to the floor.” The report stated that one of the other participants in the match tried to communicate with Moor. The match continued, but Moor is not shown on the video again, and then began to notice there was something wrong and tried to help Moor.
Approximately one hour after being transported to the hospital, Moor was pronounced dead.
Last week, we reported that the Greene County Coroner’s Office and Fairborn Police Department had been investigating the matter.
XVW held a celebration of life for Moor this past Friday in Fairborn.
Graham Michael Moor was 30 years old.
