High praise from Nana onto Aminata.
As Prince Nana was guest appearing on Josh Nason’s Punch-Out podcast, the idea of Queen Aminata being under his managerial umbrella was suggested.
Nana feels even without him involved, Aminata can reach the level that Mercedes Moné and Toni Storm are at.
You know what? Let me just say this, it’s the same aura of when I was about to start working with Swerve (Strickland). We obviously are friends and she’s great in the ring and this and that but I know if they ever do take that step, that’s it. Mercedes Moné status and Toni Storm status in all of the wrestling business but, she’ll even do it without me. She don’t need me. If I could just add that to my collection right now — right now, it’s hard with Swerve. There’s a lot of business that needs to be taken care of so, I don’t like to have too many things going on but Queen Aminata, hey, hey, hey. I’ll bring her in like that my friend… and she’ll be a huge, huge, huge star. Even bigger than she is right now. I love Queen Aminata.
Aminata is currently sidelined due a wrist injury. She was last in action on the 3/22 edition of AEW Collision during which she fell in defeat to Julia Hart.
