Talk about more stadium events for AEW continues to swirl.

With just over a week before their return to Wembley Stadium and amid discussion about a potential large-scale show in the U.S., reports are now surfacing about AEW potentially eyeing a massive show in Australia.

AEW has been “scouting” stadium venues in eastern Australia, per a report from Tom Naghten of The Sporting News. The promotion is reportedly looking at a trio of potential locations in partnership with entertainment company TEG.

Allianz Stadium in Sydney, Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, and Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane are all being considered by AEW, per Naghten.

Over the past year, AEW has started to utilize large-scale stadiums for pay-per-view events. It started last year with All In London, the promotion’s first-ever trip to Wembley Stadium in England.

AEW is now booked for a second trip to Wembley later this month, with a crowd of roughly 45,000 fans expected to show up, per WrestleTix.

It was also reported this month by Fightful Select that AEW is considering a show at GlobeLife Field in Dallas, Texas.
